After the pecans are inspected for quality, they are lined up by a singulator. | Grandmother's Cake
There is a real grandmother responsible for the recipe for My Grandma's Coffee Cake ®, baked by a company of the same name in Hyde Park, Mass. But she is not the grandmother of Robert Katz, the owner. He bought the company from it's founder, the authentic grandson, and has expanded the availability and production of this once well kept local secret. The devilish rich cakes that come in cinnamon walnut, lush apple-cinnamon, cappuccino and golden raspberry are available by mail. |
