Shipping/Returns Policy Orders are shipped using the most economical method, unless otherwise requested. Currently, it seems that Fedex is offering the best price. Items in stock will ship within two (2)business days, usually within 24 hours. If there's any question about shipping or delivery, please call (203)281-7910. Please note the items that require a minimum of 3 business days lead time (Cookie Bouquets and Baskets, Gourmet Fruit Gifts that ship fresh from Hood River in Oregon, Flowers fresh from the Growers in Canada and the very unique, well received, handcrafted baby gifts ship from New York - usually next day). My Grandma's Coffee Cakes will ship the same day if order is received before 10:00 am.. International Shipping Note At this time, our shipping cart is not programmed to calculate an accurate rate for International orders. Therefore, before we ship, we will confirm estimated processing time and shipping cost via e-mail within 1-2 business days. Back ordered items will ship separately when they become available. At Gifts of Excellence, your satisfaction is very important to us. Returns are only accepted on damaged merchandise. Please notify us of damaged goods within 2 business days of receipt. We will issue a Return Authorization number, and the items will be replaced. We will not be responsible for replacing damaged goods not reported within 2 business days!
Please DO NOT return items to us without our knowledge, as they will be refused and returned to you at YOUR expense. Missing items should also be reported within 2 business days. If they are not reported we will NOT re-send them.
There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
IMPORTANT - If an order has been damaged IN TRANSIT (package is visibly damaged), please report it to the CARRIER immediately. Be sure to keep all packaging as it may be requested by carrier.
